These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Six Gates game, its website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the service provider named in the contact section below ("we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and linked device/Google/Apple account secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account except as permitted by law.

3. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items
The Service may offer virtual currency, items, and subscription benefits ("Virtual Items") purchased with real money. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged outside the Service except where required by law. All purchases are final; refunds are governed by the app store you purchased through (Google Play / App Store) and by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: cheat, automate, or exploit bugs in the Service; reverse engineer the client; harass or impersonate other players; attempt to access accounts that are not yours; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rules published in-game.
5. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service involves the processing of your data as described in ourPrivacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and your Virtual Items will not be refunded except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
